this is the whole cake with it's matching ccs, all made with bc and scrapbooking stickers and a little teddybear, lol.
so, it's not really a "baby shower cake"...this is just the top part. It is all buttercream and the accents are all scrapbook stickers and a litte teddy bear, lol. I am just NOT THAT GOOD yet.

last yr I made the Dora & Diego ccs for the same little girl, this yr, it's Hello Kitty! The grandmother, my "work mother" gave me free range on deciding what theme and deco to do them in, how cool is that?!! Alot of pressure but, she says that everything I make is "beautiful"...awwwwwwwwww, lol. Hope u like!
This is the first fondant cake I've ever done without anybody here to help me. I can't believe I did it all by myself!!! By myself, I mean, physically, lol because I did get tips from my fellow CCers, lol.
I don't know what the infatuation is that my fam has with this guy but, my son was INSISTANT that I make a Homer Simpson bday cake for him, lol. I wish I'd get a request for a really pretty "elegant" cake, I mean, for a 10 yr old, this is about what they want, lol.

I did these for my friend's grandaugther's bday, she is 3. I did half in Diego, for the boys and I did the other half Dora, for the girls, lol. Nothing fancy, just kept it all simple. Hope u like.
