This is the first graduation cake I have made. The highschool's mascot is a lion with purple and gold as the colors.
Covered in bc frosting with two cupcakes on top of the cake to make the chickens.
My first cupcake cake. They are actually a lot of fun and easy to eat!
This is a baby shower cake I made for a friend. I covered it in bc frosting with cut outs of a onesie and circles with fondant.
Black fondant with pink and purple stars.
This cake was for a ladie's 50th Birthday. Very simple. You can do this style of cake for almost any occasion using different colors.
Just a simple Valentine's Day cake.
This castle cake was a lot of work. It would of been nice if the towers were hollow at the bottom. Transporting the cake was a bit tricky. Next time I will place the towers in the cake after transporting it.
My first larger fondant cake. I learned a lot with this cake. The people who I made it for loved it.
My first fondant cake! I can't wait to do more!
This cake was a lot of fun.
This was a simple cake. I used the star tip for the snowman and snow. This cake turned out cute.
The basket weave is a lot of fun! I loved all of the flowers I learned to do in this class.
I had an odd request to make a birthday cake with chickens on top. I actually put two cup cakes on the cake and covered them with frosting to look like chickens. I made the frosting a bit thin though.
I am happy with the way the cake turned out, but I wish I would have made more roses before classes to decorate the cake a little better.
