Mardi Gras Cake
This was a cake I did this past Saturday for a sweet sixteen party. First and Third tier are devils food with cookies and cream filling. Second and last tier are yellow cake with vanilla buttercream and chocoalte ganache filling. The mask, number 16 and bow are made out of gumpaste. Its my second time using my airbrush machine I think this time around was way better. Birthday was very happy with her cake. Thanks for looking

I did this cake yesterday. My friend had this made for his wife's birthday. He was pleased. I underestimated this cake, I first started using my new airbrush machine, and that was almost a disaster, I ended up doing the boxes by hand..OMG! that took forever. The cake is a marble cake with vanilla buttercream and chocolate ganache filling. Thanks for looking

I would first like to thank "Eisskween" for her instructions, she was completely not lying about how hard it was to get fondant on the spikes, I was up till 2am trying to get it right. I did this cake for my son who turned five yesterday and is a big sonic fan. It is two 8" rounds one filled and one carved. Vanilla wasc with bevarian cream filling. TFL

Baptism Cake
I wasn't to pleased with this cake, I had prepared the cross two day prior, and when the I went to place it on the cake it changed color not sure what happened, I couldn't redo it. When writing the name my son bumped into the table, and I tried to remove it and redo but you can see that on the cake. The cake was a vanilla WASC and rasberry filling. The person was pleased with it, I just wasn't too thrilled. TFL

Chanel Cake
This was my third cake this past Saturday, and the first time I have done a purse cake. I tried to look at different cakes that everyone has done here on CC, and I will tell you this was not as easy as I thought. Birthday girl was so pleased that she didn't want to cut into it.
