Theater Banquet Cake

The top of the top tier is in honor of our spring play: Moon Over Buffalo. The moon over the buffalo looks exactly like it does on the cover of the script. The top tier is in honor of our Improve group that would have nutty names for their performance: one being "Funny Butter" - hence the butter. The middle tier is in honor of our fall musical : "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee".

New Years Cake! - 2010

Used michele foster fondant (added chocolate and a lot of black food coloring!). used wilton fondant for the stars and let dry for 2 days. Used luster dust to paint the letters and the stars. I used Extra Special Buttercream (auntbeesbaking) underneath the fondant. The cake is AMAZING Italian Creme Cake by CakePro. Lots of fun to make!

Cookies And Creme Torte

I had to try out this cake after seeing the YummyArts video for this cake. I used Sam's Non-Dairy Cream Topping for the cake and it tasted (and I think looked like :P) a store bought cake.

Cowboy Hat Cake

I made this hat for my father's birthday. I used fondant mixed with Gum-Tex to make the brim of the hat and let it dry for a week. I think it turned out alright for my first time :)
