One hour decoration. My friend advised me that she needed the cake for the next day. I was doing my golden cake, and had many appointments, went out that nite. Did this cake with only 3 hours of sleep. I used the left over fondants from my wedding cake that helped me make this cake fast.She watched me while I was finishing the cake in the morning to take to her work. I'm pleased with this one

My very very first wedding cake for a family friend. 3 different flavored tiers. Thanks to the decorator whos creation was something like San Francisco, I got the idea from her cake. the only cake that didn't stress me out. I used wooden dowels and extended the height to create like floating tiers. Covered the exposed dowels with spiral fondants. Assembled at the venue. The cake was pretty sturdy, didnt use a dowel in the center of top to bottom. The cake was a success even though there was so much imperfections. They were talking about my flavor and how moist my cakes were. This was an achievement for me.
This cake was originally naked but had to cover the problem with a bra 5 minutes before the party.

a barrel , didnt have a beer in my house and I forgot to bring my camera when I took the cake to my stepdaughter's bf. a 3 layered chocolate cake, all fondant with clear unflavored gelatine. Will upload the pic with the beer later...tfl
Lemon cake with cream cheese lemon filling on top and bottom tier, carrt cake in the middle tier. Hand shaped black body. Airbrushed with pearl sheen by americolor. The gown was sprinkled with granukated sugar. It was so fun doing this. So easy coz no need to dye. All fondant. TFL.
2 layers 2 inch 12 in round, marble cake. all edible except the board of the cap and the tassel. The grad plays piano, guitar conga, bongos and maracas at church. i enjoyed putting on the piano keys.
10 round and 8x8 2 tier cake. Too many defects showed up. The client was happy though. thanked God. TFL.

After 7 months of absence from church, I surprised them with this cake. All fondant figures. Carrot cake on top tier and Hershey's real dark chocolate. With cream cheese pecan filling and chocobuttercream filling respectively.
