Candy Cane/elf Christmas
This was made for a "Christmas in October" fundraiser for a little girl in my community with cancer. Top layer: white cake with peppermint buttercream filling, bottom layer: butter pecan cake with caramel filling. Buttercream base covered with candy cane fondant accents and fondant snow cap. Fondant/Gumpaste mix for Elf and fondant presents/bear. This was my first fondant figure! :) Thanks for looking

Beach
This was for my mom's 50th birthday. She loves the ocean. Fondant palm tree gave me a lot of problems. the trunk is fondant wrapped around a straw. I put a lollypop stick in the cake and put the palm tree over it. That worked perfectly. coconut pineapple cake with buttercream icing. Sand is graham crackers. thanks for looking!

25Th Anniversary
I made this cake for my parents 25th Anniversary. I am really happy with it. this is my 5th cake ever (i guess i'll stop counting at some point) :) It was my first cake covered in fondant. That is the topper from their wedding 25 years ago. White cake with lemon cream filling. Bows are grey fondant brushed with silver luster dust. thanks for looking!

Gardening
I made this for my Mother In Law. She loves gardening. Thanks to everyone on here for the inspiration. White cake with key lime filling. Green Buttercream. Fondant fence, shovel, seed packet and gloves. I added GumTex to the fondant for a few things to make it harden faster. This is my 4th cake ever. i am pretty happy with it. I need to work on my writing and smoothing of BC. Thanks for looking! :)

Arkansas Razorback
This is for my father in law, he is a HUGE Razorback fan and alumni. This is my 3rd cake...so I know it needs some work. Thanks so much to ThreeDGirlie for instructions!! The back is the Wonder Mold pan, the head and snout are pyrex bowls. Iced in BC. Ears, Eyes, tail, tusks, brows all fondant. I'm pretty excited about it! I can't wait for my FIL to see it!!! :)

Anniversary Cake
I made this for cake for a Valentine's get-away for my husband and I. It is my 1st attempt working with fondant. I need some work, but am happy with how it turned out. It is a white cake with Key Lime filling, buttercream icing with cococut on top, and fondant banner and flowers. It's the the 2nd cake I've ever made! Let me know what you think...
