(sigh) I might just have to go back and do this one over with the skills I know now. I used the pink to hide things...lol I was proud of it at the time....still am proud of the towers. They were dipped in white chocolate then rolled in pink sugar crystals. My daughter LOVED it!
I did this cake for my Son's 4th birthday. This was before I even thought of taking up cake decorating. It was a fun cake!
I am just a beginer and this was just a practice cake. I wanted to try the basket weave. I have some mess ups but overall I think it turned out ok. It was also my second time doing buttercream roses. I did them directly on the cake this time instead if a nail. Any critiques welcome. Thanks
