My 1st one - it cant of been to bad as I was asked to do one for someone else. sponge cake with all fondant covering (no support).
A cake for a good friend - I had to take it to the venue, it was a really windy day & I live on top of a hill, I had put it all together - it took me ages to get out of my house into the car...hahaha gladly it survived.
I put the photo they use for their invites of when they got married 40 years on the front of the cake. Fondant covered.

My 1st 4 tier cake, base was fruit the rest was sponge all with ivory fondant icing - chocholate brown ribbon - the simple ones seem to be the hardest as they have to be flawless.

This was my 2nd or 3rd cake ever! for my Son about 11years ago. I was pleased with the face details - sponge cake with fondant covering.
sponge cake covered with fondant & all the rest was made from fondant too. I enjoyed making all the little details - Faye woundnt let anyone touch it for ages, & went mad when someone ate one of the little socks !
This was copied from the little modle that you can see on the board next to the cake - it was quite big.
