This was from the book Hello Cupcake. the only thing different was 3 drops of yellow food coloring didnt do squat. i got out my wilton colors and needed a few good swipes. No flash on the camera or it washed out the color. It looked pretty real! my only issue: the preserves made the spaghetti break in areas that didnt touch. I shoulda waited longer for it to dry.
I made this for my birthday. It was my first attempt at everything : stacked cakes, tiers, making my own BC icing, and fondant. I think for the first time it looks good and alot of people were impressed. I definately need to work on getting the PS off the fondant afterwards!
