Construction Cake
My friend found a similar cake online and gave the photo to me to recreate so I'm not sure who to give credit to. Done in buttercream, the road is buttercream also. With crushed up Oreos for dirt. The "hat" was a half bowl cake then I added vertical log rollsof fondant from the top to bottom before covering it in MMF for the indent look. :)

Princess Castle Cake
Inspired from ALOT of different castle cakes I looked at online. The tiers were 8" and 6" but I cut the "front" on the smaller tier flat so the princess would have room to sit up there. The towers are gift paper rolls painted with a little piping gel then covered in fondant with the tops as ice cream cones painted in chocolate then covered in sprinkles.

Semi Truck Cake
Covered in MMF. Not my cleanest work but I was in hurry to finish on a late night. :) this was for my nephew but hoping some of the pictures can help someone else who may need to carve a cake like this. The cake itself was the bottom half and I used a 1/2 sheet cake cut into 3 equal strips so about 6" wide on an 18" pan. The top half was Rice Krispies simply because it was quick and we didn't need more cake! :) tires were Rice Krispies as well.

Done in buttercream. Piped the pattern on with a big round tip in alternating colors then used viva method to smooth out. Inside was rainbow colored cake as well. Peace symbol was cut from MMF, put in the fridge to harden on wax paper then flipped onto the smoothed cake. Painted some purple edible petal dust on.
