RKT for the leg, used a replica lamp shade the client had, red velvet with fondant. Way harder than I thought to make. The shoe turned out not tha way I wanted. The leg was larger at first but had too much weight for the support.
Magician Criss Angel has a show..Mind Freak..my daughter wanted this theme. Butter cream and fondant deco. Hand painted the Criss Angel card logo and the coffins.

My latest cake. A strawberry martini. The liquid part is Jell O, in the firm form (jigglers or Knox Blox, as I used to call them growing up). Didn't notice until later that the writing was crooked, but the girl absolutely loved her cake, so all good. I hand sculpted the fruit from fondant.

This cake was a "Just Because" cake for a grandma from her grandson. I did not do these frangi pangi's flowers myself, they were bought.
This is my 2nd wedding cake. Was initially to be butter cream, but something went wrong that day. I didn't want to send it out looking the way it did, so covered it in fondant at my expense. However I failed to scrape away the BC I had on it, so it bulged and started to lean when it got there. But I improved on my roses :)
There was no section for Prom cakes, so it's here :) The lamp posts are gum paste, the trees are not edible but everything else is.
This cake was for a 17 year old girl and her Grandpa, who have birthdays close to each other. So I did a 1/2 and 1/2 cake with a wall. I ran out of time on her side of the wall, so not happy with that part. But my 1st attempt at a 3D Crappie fish.
I hand painted these characters on gum paste discs. I cut the circles and put them in the oven for a bit and that made the middle puff up, then sink down so I had a border. Po was done on a fresh piece of gum paste.
This was my 1st wedding cake, and 1st attempt at gum paste roses. Also 1st time coloring them.
I hand painted the 3 Stooges onto gum paste plaques. Made the 3S logo with royal, got too runny, but managed to get the air brush color effect for the logo. Where the colors bleed into the next.
This is a red velvet cake with cream cheese icing. Piped the deco again with royal , let dry then placed on cake.

Made this the same way as the Rolling Stones Birthday cake. Piped royal icing deco, let dry then added to cake.
