A dark chocolate mud cake I made for my daughter and her friend for their 5th birthday party! It's a carved 12", 8", 6", 3.5" tiers, everything is edible and hand made. Made for a little girl turning 5! 12" white chocolate mudcake, filled with white chocolate ganache and frosted in Dream Whip. Lettering, Jessie and Cow Prints all made of fondant. This was loads of fun to make, very time consuming by so fun! Thanks for looking! All comments always welcome!
This is a 12" square dark chocolate mud cake filled and covered with dark chocolate ganache then iced with white Fondx icing. The bride to be gave me free reign on the design but she didn't want it to be too 'out there' :-) I'd seen a similar design on a 2 tier cake on Flicker, but I apologise I do not recall the author. This cake was loads of fun to make, I am really happy with the result and the best thing was that they all loved it! Thanks for looking and all comments are always welcome!
