I made this cake for our fair the theme was Dancing with the Steers. The cow on the second level is a wall flower. The middle cow on the bottom danced until he dropped. I made this a display cake so it could withstand the heat of the fair. Royal icing with fondant accents. Sorry for the poor picture quality. Is there a cake picture taking tutorial? :)
This was my first wedding cake! The brides colors were green and blue and she wanted a green cake. I was so nervous about getting the color right and about the square corners! The bride loved it but I can still only see the mistakes! All Buttercream with sugar pearls. Pumpkin spice with caramel pecan filling, Lemon with raspberry filling and french vanilla with raspberry. 14" 10" and 6" squares. The day before they called me and said they were bringing over the fresh flowers so I could arrange them for the cake top! Ahhhh I had never done flowers before, Thankfully my prayers were answered and they turned out OK.
