This is the cake I made for my Daughters 5th Birthday. She wanted a certain scene from The "Cars Toons" dvd, "Mater's Tall Tales. It is Monster Truck Mater "The Tormentor" & Montster Truck Lightening McQueen "Frightening McMean". They are playing "Tag your it" from the end of the Monster Truck Wrestling Toon. She wanted them on top of the Block of Cement that Mater turned his cement truck opponent into. She made the "Guido" figure all by herself. The Cake is Vanilla Butter Cake with Chocolate Mint Ganache filling. The Figures are RKT covered in MMF mixed with Gumpaste.
My daughter wanted a cake of Cinderella dancing with her Prince. They are waltzing across the dance floor, they are twirling and Cinderella is about to be dipped. Cake is covered in Fondant, with gumpaste accents. It was fun to make & was a hit at the party.
I did this cake for my Brother in Laws birthday. It is 2 x10" torted & filled layers covered in chocolate ganache. I had a lot of fun playing with the ganache.
This is a cake I did for my Father in Laws birthday. This depictes the Allis Chalmers WD45 Tractor he had on his farm growing up. It is mostly buttercream with gumpaste accents.
I made this cake for my nieces birthday. It is all MMF except for the cookies. The cookies are rolled chocolate cookies layered "oreo "style with chocolate fudge filling.
This cake is for my daughters 3rd birthday. She wanted McQueen & Sally to be "holding tires" (they are actually touching tires), she wanted pink icing & she wanted strawberries. This was the end result. I used mostly BC & FBCT for the decals, the heart is covered in MMF.

I made this for my nieces 1st b-day. I wanted to do more with this cake, but I ran out of time. I wanted to have more random flowers, some leaves & details, & a shell border on the bottom of the sheet cake. I have never made flowers before. I used 2 batches of yellow cake, 1 batch chocolate pound cake ( for carving the face) 2 batches chocolate fudge cake for the sheet cake. It is decorated with Buttercream.
