This is my first attempt at a "decorated" cake. It was the first time I made EVERYTHNG from scratch! This was for my first grand-daughter's 1st birthday. The layer cake is a yellow cake with buttercream, the barrel is chocolate with chocolate buttercream, with Oreo funstix as the side. The bubbles are buttercream that my daughter-in-law and I hand rolled. Thanks to the many great cakes on here for my inspiration!
