World Of Warcraft Beer Stein Cake
This is a 3D WOW beer stein that I made recently. The base of the stein is all cake except the finial, which is modeling chocolate. The handle is also made from modeling chocolate, as are the gold coins. The gems are all sugar gems. The graphic around the stein is multiple edible images pieced together.

Alabama's Bryant Denny Stadium Groom's Cake
I carved this football stadium cake out of a chocolate stout cake. I used every trick in book on this one - fondant, modeling chocolate, edible images... you name it! I spent about 40 hours making templates and decorating this cake. It's one of those cakes that you could work on forever! And I did work on it until 5 minutes before I had to leave to deliver it!!

Big Bird Cake From Mike Mccarey Class
I just returned from taking Mike McCarey's Big Bird and Structures class. This is the cake we made in class. I thought it turned out really great and I can't believe it made the 2.5 hour drive home in one piece. There is a skeletal structure, but this is all real cake, covered in fondant and modeling chocolate.

Cookie Jar Grooms Cake
I made this cake for a groom that LOVED chocolate chip cookies. So we made a sculpted cookie jar cake. The lid is made from rice crispy treats. The jar is covered in buttercream with modeling chocolate letters. Afterwards, I felt it was missing something, so I baked up a big batch of cookies to go with it!

Chattanooga Themes Grooms Cake For Formal Affair Competition
This is the cake I entered into the Formal Affair 2011 Cake Ace competition held in Chattanooga TN. It was judged by Duff Goldman and when he saw it, he said "Damn, that's a nice cake!" The cake's theme had to be all about Chattanooga, TN. I did not win, but I was very proud of the cake I brought.
