This was my first real try at a more involved cake. I orginally was just going to make the ball but after joining here I got inspired to do more. Time wise I spaced it out over a week because I wanted to take my time and didn't want to be rushed at the last minute. My DD really enjoyed sharing this cake with all her friends on her birthday.
