These are red velvet cupcakes iced in Wilton's recipe cream cheese icing. I used a cookie cutter and red sugars to make the heart designs on top. I used heart shaped foil mini pans.
This was done around Valentine's Day in the Fondant & Gumpaste Course. It's rolled fondant over BC with fondant swag & fondant heart cut-outs. Star-tip border.
Unfortunately, this picture turned out very blurry...the best one I could get.. I freehanded the king using BC. Everything is BC. Cake is 12x18 Double layer yellow/chocolate. Small shell border w/cake sparkles. Sorry I couldn't get a better pic! This was done for my bf's 30th bday.
