Haven't done a class. This is a moist chocolate cake with choc buttercream. Fondant and sugar paste flowers/stars. First tiered cake, first decorated cake really. I only had 1 cake tin so had to make 2 cakes the same size and cut the 2nd one down then build it up for the top tier. It was a lot of hard work for a first cake! The top tier was lumpy and I tried to hide most of the lumps but you can see in the pic what it was like!! It did taste fab though :D
