This was my first ever wedding cake. It was for my dad and new step-mom's wedding. It started to lean because it was in May in South Texas and she wanted cream cheese icing. What could I do. (Oh did I mention I was also a bride's maid? Never again lol). Anyway, the cake was white with cream cheese icing and a strawberry cream cheese filling. The roses are royal icing with color striping to give detail onthe petals. Enjoy and thanks for looking.
