I've wanted to try this cake for awhile, finally a co-worker gave me the opportunity, it was alot of fun to do!
mini cupcakes top 3 rows, bottom row artificial flowers, unable to keep the mini's in place for the bottom row, not sure why as I've done this before without difficulty, it must be the slant of the vase?...anyways it's done!
All Buttercream...110 roses! Not super pleased with my icing- but it was my first stacked cake experience and I'm proud of how it turned out...Bonus: it travelled over 30 miles to the venue the party was held at!

buttercream flower bouquet...made for a co-workers baby shower.
I made this for a 93yr old woman's b'day...she has a passion for yarn crafts, couldn't resisting making her a giant skein of yarn cake! she loved it! Shaped 4 loaf pans- iced with buttercream icing.
