Chocolate cake with mint cookies & cream filling was used for the chess board and the book was made from yellow cake with strawberry cream filling and chocolate ganache. I made the apple, chess piece, ribbon and wolf out of modeling chocolate
This was for a Mario Kart theme birthday party I ordered the little cars off of eBay but I made all of the little charecters from modeling chocolate

I used the sports ball pan to make the ball and shped Pikachu from some fondant the rest is B/C
I used the 3D sports Ball pan and cover it with ganache'. The goo in the top is green glitter gel and I also put gummy spiders on the top, the flames are yellow BC piped through a red and orange striped bag.
I found this idea in a magazine. My son loves candy so what better then a cake filled with candy. I would used at least a 1/2 sheet cake if not bigger to fit it all in. Plan ahead because a lot of the candy is seasonal and hard to find.
This was a Yoda cake for my nephew's birthday I used the 3D bear pan and just made ears out of fondant and plastic tubes for the arms. and the cap is brown fondant. I would make some changes next time but the kids loved it!

This cake was for a boys' birthday he loved the Indiana Jones movies so I took the scene where he is running from the giant boulder and recreated it. I used the 3D sports ball pan and just covered it with brown BC and the wall is made from rice cereal treats. The action figure was from the store not creative enough to make my own people yet.
I used the Pampered Chef Batter Bowl to make the volcano and then you can either put in on a 1/2 sheet or just decorate the board, the lava is red fondant I have also used quickset red Jello for Lava, and the dinosaurs are from the toy store.
This was my first attept at a 3D cake, I used a Pampered Chef Batter Bowl for the top and like 6 8" round cakes for the bottom, I carved the legs out of frozen pund cakes and the whole thing is sitting on a glass plate stand. The top was sprinkled with eddible glitter.
This was a first birthday cake the giant sunflowers were made with the 3D cupcake pan and I used red M&M s for the ladybugs, and brown M&Ms for the center of the sunflowers
Sesame Street Elmo cake for my nephew's first birthday, we let hime smash the Elmo faco all to himself he loved it.
Chocolate cake with rasberry cream filling, buttercream icing, and fondant roses. Baked in a heart shape pan.
