This was a birthday cake for my boyfriend. He is into racing. This was the first cake I have ever made that did not consist of a store bought cake mix and a can of frosting. This was a vanilla and almond falvored white cake with vanilla frosting in betweeen the layers, covered in a marshmallow fondant. Also with buttercream accents.
