8" chocolate fudge cake with chocolate cream filling, 6" WASC with raspberry filling. Buttercream frosting with sugar sparkles. Baby shoes are gumpaste and the flowers are fondant. Got the cake idea from Wilton and the shoe template from grannys3angels. This was fun to make. Everyone thought it was really pretty. TFL!

I made this for a coworker's surprise shower to match the party decorations. This cake gave me nothing but trouble. It leaned, bulged, and cracked and I wanted to throw it out the car window. Everyone really liked it, but I was less than thrilled with it. I obviously need a lot more practice!

Made for a Lt. transferring at my husband's job. I had badges made in gold, but my husband really wanted the bright yellow ones instead because it is what is on their uniforms. Gold would have looked better, but everyone at his worked loved it anyway.
I made this for my boss for her birthday. She loves tea and collects teapots. I know it is a little rough, but I have gotten much better at smoothing the buttercream since then. She loved it anyway!
