I made these cookies for my daughters preschool graduation. The idea was inspired from someone here on CC. It is Penny's recipe with yellow fondant and Antonias royal cookie icing for the black piping. They were a big hit!
This wedding cake was from the Wilton's Wedding book. It was a lot of cake!!! Orange Creamsicle and Red Velvet and Cream Cheese filling. It is hard to see in the photo, but there are fresh red roses and rose petals. The icing was in white and black, as it was for a black tie wedding! Thanks for looking!

This was my attempt at Hydrangeas made from gum paste. i didn't have the right cutter, so I used the blossom cutter and cut off a petal. Someone her on CC told me to do that! Cake is a 8" and 12" round in Choc Fudge and BC.
I made this cake as a freebie for a local car dealership. My daughter goes to preschool with the owner's daughter and offered to let me make a cake and leave brochures with it. It is a 9 x 13 sheet cake in choc. fudge and white choc. mousse, bc-covered in marbleized fondant. The car is the cruiser cake pan.

This was a groom's cake I made to go with the wedding cake. Apparently, the coach of Penn state got married on May 12, 1962 and this couple got married on the same day in 2007! I think they planned it like that? It is a 9 x 13 sheet cake in spice and bc.

This cake is for a very well-known wedding photographer's own wedding. I made his cake for him free of charge in exchange for a beautiful leather album of my cake photos that he is going to photograph for me!!
I made this cake for my daughter's 3rd Birthday. Actually she was having a big Strawberry Princess party the next day, and I just wanted to make her a small cake for the family to have on her actual Birthday! It is 2-6" hearts and 3-cupcakes as the middle. Someone her on CC gave me the idea!
I was so bored doing this cake...probably, because it was so white!!! It was all BC, with 120 RI roses! I guess you can't love all of the cakes you do!!!
I made these cookies to match my daughter's Strawberry Shortcake Birthday party. It was my first time using Pennys recipe (which I LOVE!) and also using fondant on cookies. Everyone said how tasty they were!!!
This was for a customer who is having her third baby, but it was her husband's first! She was throwing him a surprise baby shower! She wanted it to be a Steeler's theme. Well, here it is...This was for a couple who got married in Hawaii a month or so ago and had a party back home. Thanks so much to everyone who offered their help in making this cake, but especially ailyn222 and Kim B! The cakes are covered in BC and Crushed Vanilla Wafer Cookies. The Water fall and palm trees are made from fondant, and all the flowers were made from gumpaste.
I liked the overall shape and design of this cake, but I think that the bride had too many colors going on! Her colors were Lavender and purple, but she wanted to add the rose, mauve color to bring out the color of the cake topper. When I got to the site she had red petals for me to sprinkle on the table. Cakes were carrot and spice cake, BC frosting. 6, 9, 12, and 15" hexagons.

I got this idea from someone here on CC? It was an order for a customer who wanted to give their new neighbor a cake. He is a big fisherman! Cake is all BC, airbrushed. Fish is made from Fondant.

This cake was an inspiration from a fellow CC member! It was for a 100th Birthday. It was my first attempt at a fondant bow. It had some "imperfections", so I added some real squiggle ribbon to cover my mess-ups!!!
