Meatballs made of Roche Chocolates
This cake was a collaborative effort. My friend Rosemary took the order (with the wedding cakes & another for the same day) and needed help. Her daughter Tara sculpted the fish head and tail, covered it with fondant over butter cream, tooled the details in and then hand painted it with edible gels and powders. I made the cake and it's decorations and attached the fish. Rosemary added the stainless steel hook and line to complete the look. They loved both cakes!
