Each sushi roll is an individual cake. All decorations are made from fondant. The tray, chopsticks and holder are all gum paste.

Doing it a little different using diamond shaped tiers but piping oval scroll work from the brides dress. Four tiers of vanilla, frosted in vanilla IM buttercream. Two dozen glutten free-vegan chocolate cupcakes were served along side for those guests who needed something special.
