My Blingy B-Day Cake
For my 30th B-day I decided I wanted a cake that sparkled. Boy ,did I get it! This was a 8" Red Velvet cake and 6" Vanilla, iced in buttercream. With rhinestone banding 3 rows high, and a black fabric ribbon w/ a rhinestone buckle. On top were red roses and white carnations, wish they look more realistic but its a work in progress, white filler flowers and green leaves. I found an old crystal to fill in a spot I thought needed something and it tied in nicely I thought. All comments are appreciated! thanks for looking!!!

Reo Speedwagon Cake
this was a 8X8X2 vanilla square cake with buttercream frosting and fondant decorations. B-day boy LOVES REO Speedwagon so I made a record player with fondant guys on top to represent band members. It also had a sound module placed in bottom of cake board that when you push button on front played Ridin The Storm Out.

Kit Kat Cake
2 layered 8" round chocolate cakes with chocolate icing. Kit Kats around outside (10 regular), M&M's on top (almost a whole large bag,19.20oz.). For my sis. b-day. hope she likes it and hope you do to. thanks for whoever came up with this idea. So easy and beautiful at the same time.P.S.- my Kit Kats were kind of melty so they weren't breaking apart nicely so I popped them into the freezer, made them break in a cleaner line.also didn't start melting as fast so no fingerprints in chocolate.
