My 1st time to make a long haul truck, I know I need more practise on frozting a cake, but it was fun making this truck that is why I stay up late until 3am just to finish it... the trailer is made of 3, 12x9x2'' pan cut into middle and layered 'em . The Rig is made out of bread loaf pan , Tires are oreo cookies and some home-made fondant accents... Hope u like it.
I made this cake this morning and the customer pick-up in the afternoon, Her hubby like to drink Natural Ice beer in can, i know the the beer is not look like a beer in can, but it is a good practice for me since it is my 1st to make a beer in can cake. These was the cake I brought to my friend house today. I made a carrot cake flavor. The football field was made of 2 12x9x2 pan since I don't have a bigger pan to fit the football cake. All buttercream except for the happy bday and stars. The Football logo was just print out to our regular computer printer and just delete the NFL word and change it to my friend name. this cake was so special to me, because it was my 1st wedding cake and I made it for our relatives suprise 50th wedding anniversary. The cake is made of chocolate and pinapple upside down and covered with home-made fondant (MMF) and I hand pipe the design at the side of the cake, Its a good practise for me as it is my 1st time to do hand piping too... thanks for looking

This is my 2nd Cake for a baby Shower, which I made for two girl friends. One is just had a baby boy while the other is about to have their first newborn son. It was a surprise party for both of them... But before that, I want to thank all the CC Members who helped me to get this Idea. The Cake is 8"X 3" round cake. I used vanilla-sprinkle flavored candies, with chocolate butter cream filling, and the cake was covered with white butter cream. I used fondant and some cake toppers for the decorations.

The customer wants a two different flavor of cake, so I made a chocolate flavor for the 6" round cake and Vanilla on 8" round cake... I used a fondant and some buttercream.... I made this cake for a little girl as my gift to her, Her mom said she really like Dora. The Dora is just a Doll and for the cake I copied the design of all the CCM who really are my inspiration. ( thanks you all). The cake is made of Strawberry coated with chocolate butter cream and add Kit-kat chocolate. the top of the cake is fondant.
This cake was rushed through to completion mere hours before the evening event. I started baking at 2pm finishing around 4pm, in time for the 6pm party kick off. I went festive with burgundy-esque reds and subdued hues of pink. Overall a great accomplishment, on-the-fly. The dark balls are made of cake truffles that I got from ccm, Thanks for looking
