This was made for a Commanding Officer's Wife...or the cow.

Three tiered square wedding cake with calla lillies
Three tiered square wedding cake with daisies and yellow roses.
This is an MH 60S Helicopter, very specific to the squadron.
I made this for my neighbors when we moved in. What started as a good idea got a bit out of hand. I thought it was too busy, but they loved it!
Just for fun, flowers done in royal icing.
Another squadron patch in royal icing
Done in Royal Icing
A small cake for a friends daughter.
Simple roses with lace.
The bride for this wedding wanted the bottom two tiers to be cupcakes and wanted the entire cake to be based around peacock feathers. Each cupcake has one or two handmade flowers. I honestly wasn't too sure about the themed, but I think it turned out well.
A second cake for a change of command ceremony. The patch is done in royal icing and then transferred to the cake.
This was a helicopter cake done for a change of command at my husband's squadron. I outlined the cake in royal icing and filled it in with thinned out royal. Then I transferred the helo to the cake.
This was actually practice for my brother and sister in law's wedding. They wanted something very classic looking with a fall theme.
I made this cake for a friend who had just found out she was pregnant. Simple fondant with a rose on top.
This was the first time I worked with fondant. Just wanted to see how it would turn out. Lots of fun.
This was actually a homecoming cake for my husband's helicopter squadron. The helicopter and stars are done in gumpaste, the rest is buttercream.
