Rockin' Through The Years

I wanted to show music in Sharon's fifty years beginning with the bottom tier and Abby Road, next came the Rolling Stones and ending with the present, Coldplay. Music is her life, this is her life of music! Thanks to Jackie and her "How to make realistic edible butterflies" tutorial. And also Lorraine McKay, this little figure was my first attempt from her tutorial.

Lina's Princess Cake

Lazy Daisies

This is a dummy cake for my daughter. It will appear in her senior pictures in place of a sports theme. She wishes to attend culinary school, so we are doing a baking theme! Thanks to minty56 for the daisy inspiration!

The Missing Crock

This cake was a surprise for my best friend's birthday. She collects crocks and can't seem to find a #9. So, I made this "9 for her. It is a red velvet cake with cream cheese filling.

Moss Green Birthday Cake

This is a coconut/pineapple cake filled with macadamia nuts and the banana icing submitted by StandingForJesus. I filled the imprints in the fondant with melted chocolate.

Birthday Bows

The birthday girl wanted a "pink" birthday. This was a strawberry cake with cream cheese filling. The bow is gum paste and the other embellishments are fondant. I painted the silver shimmer dust on with vanilla. Thanks for looking!
