Alvin And The Chipmunks With The Chipettes

A friend wanted an Alvin cake. She wanted it from the 2nd movie, but she wanted the Chipettes on there as well. So I decided to take the scene from the movie where the Chipmunks met the Chipettes for the 1st time. The boys were on the piano and then the girls came in and they were on the drum. The piano is a chocolate cake, the drum is white, and the bottom is marble. My husband wrote out the music from the begining of the show, so the notes are where they are supposed to be! :) I used marshmellow fondant! So fun to make! VERY nervous getting it to the party! ;)

Counter Top Cake

A friend who LOVES to cook wanted me to make her birthday cake. She wanted to put her 3 favorite candies on top in a small bowl she had. Chocolate cake with marshmellow fondant. Egg is white chocolate with lemon curd in the middle. "flour" is powedered sugar.

Girl Birthday

A friend wanted me to make her birthday cake for her. She said she wanted flowers on top and "squiggles" on the sides. She wanted blue, pink and yellow flowers and pink writing. I put a little bit of edible dust on the flowers.

Star Wars With Death Star

This is a 3-layer cake I made for my son's 6th birthday. He picked out the Star Wars figures to put on it! :) It is a chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla cake with a chocolate buttercream icing in the middle. The blue is marshmellow fondant and Death Star is molding chocolate.
