Wedding Cake

This is actually only one tier of cake. The other two are dummy cakes because there were not many people at the reception. It is covered in buttercream w/ swirl accents and ribbon and real flowers.

Justin's Smash Cake

The picture is really terrible!! I took it at the party and didn't bother to take it out of the box. It is to match Justin's Mickey Mouse Clubhouse cake in my pics.

Justin's Mickey Mouse Clubhouse!

This was for my friend's son's first birthday! He loves Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. It is a half choc. and half vanilla cake with buttercream and fondant accents. The clubhouse is actually a piggy bank that I bought from the Disney Store. It was lots of fun to make!!

Poker Invitation Cake

This was a replica of the invitation to the party. It's a vanilla cake with choc. filling and MMF on top. MMF Decorations.

Ava's Smash Cake

Just a vanilla smash cake for the first birthday girl. It's covered in vanilla buttercream and has fondant accents. It was made to match "Ava's First Birthday" cake in my pics.

Zebra Cookies

These are sugar cookies with royal icing. They were for my friend's daughter's first birthday. They go with my "Ava's first birthday" cake/cupcake tower. They were made with pink and white zebra stripes to match.

Madison's Smash Cake

This is a smash cake that goes with my Minnie cupcake tower. It is a butter cake with vanilla buttercream and MMF accents.

Minnie Cupcake Tower

This was a first birthday cupcake tower. It was a lemon cake on top with MMF. The bow and ears and polka dots for Minnie were all made of fondant. The cupcakes were vanilla with vanilla buttercream filling and topping. The polka dots on the cuppies were MMF. This was sooo much fun to do since I'm a huge Disney fan! I made a matching smash cake that's also in my photos.

Humdinger

This is a replica of my dad's boat, made for his birthday. It looked WAY better in person than in the pic for some reason. It is a choc. and vanilla cake with MMF covering and accents. The console is nutter butters and the back seat is a granola bar. The water is royal icing.

Northern Cyclones Hockey

It's chocolate and vanilla w/ MMF. It's for my cousin who just graduated High School and is going to play for the Cyclones. I'm not super happy with the hockey stick, but he loved it!

Present Cake

This is a Chocolate and Vanilla cake with "cookies and creme" center. It is a huge soft baked choc. chip cookie w/ buttercream surrounding it. It is covered in buttercream with MMF accents. For a friend's cousin. She loved it!

Hearts Wedding Cake

This is five 6 in cakes in a circle with a 10 in, 8 in, pillars, then a 7 in. cake. It iis choc. and vanilla with a choc. pudding filling and MMF covered with buttercream decor and ribbon. It was my first time using pillars and it was the largest cake I have EVER made! I think it came out pretty good. It was for my hubby's cousin's wedding. We were both in the wedding, so setting up and being in the wedding was a challenge!

Sun Cookies

These are sugar cookies with royal icing and MMF decorations. They were for my friend's son's las day of school. I forgot to get a pic of them out of the bags. Oh, well!

Chad's Graduation

This is a lemon cake with lemon buttercream icing. The diploma and grad cap are fondant. I did it to match the napkin for my friend's son who just graduated from high school. They loved it!

Birthday Smiley

This is a choc. cake w/ MMF covering and accents. It was for my friend's birthday. She loves smiley faces and flowers, so she loved it!

St. Patrick's Day Cookies

I made these shamrocks for a parent volunteer in my classroom for helping me out on St. Patrick's Day. The butter made "stains" on the tissue paper, but oh well!

Mother's Day Cupcakes

I made these cuppies for my mom and MIL for Mother's Day. They are choc. w/ marshmallow and buttercream filling and covered w/ MMF. It was my first time trying fondant on top of cupcakes and it was so much fun!

Kayla's Communion

This was for a friend's daughter who was having her first communion. It is a vanilla cake with a choc. pudding-ish filling, covered in mmf. She chose every detail for the cake. She loved it.

Cameron's Birthday

This was just a small cake that I made to go with my Phineas and Ferb cakes for my friend's son's sixth birthday. It is choc. and vanilla cake w/ buttercream. It has mmf accents.

Sheltie Collie Cupcakes

I made these for my mom who has two shelties. This one looks like our sheltie who just passed away, Pebbles. They are choc. cupcakes w/ vanilla buttercream. Super fun to make!

My mom made this cake to go along with the Homer Simpson cake that I made. She used all buttercream, except for the gum drops. I think she did a fantastic job!!!!

I made this a couple of months ago for my hubby's uncle. I was embarrased to post it, but I decided to do it anyway. I should have made the letters bigger, but it was a last minute cake. The inside of the cake was blue too. He thought it was funny.
