Small cake with figures from Czech cartoon Pat a Mat. It is a punch cake - it has no other filling that the middle layer soaked in punch. This time it is with rum glaze which means that the layers are partly showing.

Law Firm's First Anniversary

Made as gift for a first anniversary of a law firm, specializing in public contracts law - the top book is a "chronicle" of the firm, part 1, the bottom one is Act on public contracts.

Elmo's World Cake

1st birthday cake for my younger niece - sponge cake with white chocolate buttercream, covered in sugarpaste. All cake covered in sugarpaste, except the head - this is sugarpaste only.

Dinosaur Cake

Cake for a small boy who is a big dinosaur fan. Cake base, the big dinosaur on top and the egg of dinosaur baby are sponge cake with chocolate buttercream, covered with homemade sugarpaste. All decorations sugarpaste. Later I had to remake the egg in sugarpaste - the birthday boy wanted to keep the dinosaur baby and the mother asked if there was any possibility to preserve it :)

Quick Cake

This is a "what did I found at home" cake. I needed a quick cake and this is a result. I found eggs, flour, sugar, milk, butter and not quite a half of chocolate :) Cocoa sponge cake with buttercream filling and frosting splashed with chocolate. On top and around cake balls in chocolate (from trimmings).

Puppy Cake

Carved from sheet cake, with chocolate buttercream filling. The cake was delivered with several bones made from cake (actually the discarded parts of cake)
