Pink Doll Cake
I used the wondermold pan on top of a one layer, 8" round cake to give the dress more length... the "doll" is sitting on top of a two layer, 12" round cake. All the cake is WASC with whipped white chocolate ganache filling. The dress is Satin Ice fondant and the cake is covered in buttercream with RI flowers.

Oklahoma Sooners Cookies!
This was my very first attempt at making cookies. I used a "stay soft" sugar cookie recipe that was fab! The icing is kind made with light corn syrup/powdered sugar... it looked like RI and tasted like buttercream. They didn't look as great as I was hoping, but they tasted soooooo good. The important thing is that OU won their big game! Go Sooners!!!

Anniversary Cake
This is a 2 layer white, each torted. The filling is started out as the strawberry fluff recipe, but then I added fresh strawberries to it and it was FAB! Then I followed the same recipe but used pineapple cream cheese and crushed pineapple.... so there are two layers of the strawberry and one of the pineapple. Yummy! The cake is covered in MMF with buttercream accents and satin ribbon. This was also my first attempt at scrolls.... I need some practice, but it was fun to try. :-)

Chocolate/ Pink Polka Dots
I made this cake for a friends birthday. It's a 2 layer, 6 inch round covered in chocolate satin ice fondant (so yummy by they way), with fondant accents. The chocolate fondant is much softer than regular fondant.... I'll have to practice with it more. I had a hard time getting the bottom of the cake to be perfectly smooth... normally not a problem for me.
