My daughter wanted a princess, care bear, butterfly, castle cake for her birthday. She got what she asked for! It took me 4 hours to make this! I used two different types of ice cream cones for the turrets and everything else is done in buttercream. The "cobble stone" walkway is actually "Dots" candies with the bottoms cut off. I got the care bear and princess figures, and then just piped the ivy and the butterfly right onto the cake.
This is a buttercream wedding cake, with four heart satellite cakes. Each cake was a different flavor. The pink hearts on the swags matched the rosebuds on each of the hearts. The hearts say, " Faith, Hope, And, Love", one word per cake.
This is a sheet cake cut down, filled with strawberry icing and strawberry filling. The "placard" is fondant written on with an edible writer pen. I delivered this to my mom in a florist box.
This was for our families celebration. Several family members are war veterans, thus the name 'Patriotic Remembrance'
