My daughter wanted 3 of her favorite fashion capitols represented on her Sweet 16 cake....Milan, New York, and Paris. 3 Tiers consisted of Belgian chocolate, amaretto, and peanut butter cakes under fondant.

50's Themed Birthday Cake

This was my first attempt at a fondant covered cake. I was happier with it than I thought I'd be, and the birthday girl loved it! Decorated with a jukebox, malts, and an album on top.

"spackled And Scrolled" Wedding Cake

Buttercream "spacked" on round French vanilla tiers with scrolling in in front. Fresh lilies were found in a bucket near the set-up site and quickly cut and thrown on top at the last minute because bride left the topper at home! (dont'cha love those panicky situations!)
