Minni Mouse Birthday
My sweet niece wanted a Minnie Mouse themed party but needed many servings so I created a three tier cake that matched her personality! The bottom is red fondant with white fondant polka dots. The middle tier is white fondant with black fondant zebra stripes and the top is black fondant with a red fondant bow. I used Fondarific fondant which is the best on the market. The bottom is a 10" round, middle is 9" hexagon and the top is a 6" ball.

Cinderella
Cinderella. Every little girl wants one! There are many versions of this cake. Isn't it hard to create a cake that looks like fabric and you have to make up some of it on your own? This is my take on Cinderella. I used a Wilton doll bodice but stole the head off my daughter's Cinderella doll for the cake. (Of course I put the head back after we ate the cake!)

Cerberus
USAFA class of 2011 Squadron 3 commissioning ceremony cake. This is my second year to make a cake for the "Dogs Of War." The squadron patch has Cerberus, a mythical three headed dog (like Fluffy from Harry Potter) with three columns and fire. The columns are placed to look like the Roman numeral 11 (XI) for the class of 2011. The dog and columns are krispie treats covered in fondant and the flames are poured sugar. The cake is butter cream with airbrushed color. There were twinkling lights under the flames for movement and dry ice for smoke.

Cadet For A Day - Make A Wish Foundation
I made this cake for a very special boy. He made a wish through the Make A Wish Foundation and he was chosen to be the Cadet For A Day at The United States Air Force Academy. This boy got to take a ride in a glider that day. He loves the planes and Garfield. I made Garfield wearing a cadet flight suit and put his name on it. This cake was an honor to make for him and his special day. The plane and Garfield are rice krispie treats covered in fondant. The cloud is all cake covered in fondant. I used an air brush to color the cloud.

Pirate's Cove
This is a cake I made for a friend. Her husband was returning home from an Army deployment and she also loves pirate stuff....had to make a cake that pleased them both. :) His cake is suppose to be like the Corona commercial with the chairs on the beach and the table with the beer. Everything on the cake is hand made.

Candy Bar Cake
I made this cake for 3 people in my family....all who have birthday's in March. Each candy bar represents the favorite bar of the birthday boy and girls. The wrappers are made of fondant and they each have the real candy bars inside. The cake is yellow and chocolate with peanutbutter fluff frosting.
