I made this cake for a friend's birthday. It's Chocolate Butter Cake with a Peanut butter cookie for filling in the 8in cake and a Choc chip cookie for filling in the 6in cake. MMF for cover and decorations. TFL
My final for gumpaste course is WASC with a sugar cookie inside. I loved making the daisy's with the falling petals. The fantasy flowers were fun and I think this pink is my favorite color I've made so far. I colored the gumpaste with rose pink and then added burgandy to get the color. I was sad for the first time to cut into this cake to eat it :-) TFL
This is a cake for my sister's 24th Birthday. She loves music so this is what I came up with after looking at a lot of music cakes. The 24 is color flow with gold shimmer dust. I used MMF fondant for the keys and yellow and black circles. I think it turned out pretty cute. TFL!
I made this cake for a co-worker. Her boyfriends birthday is Halloween. I used oreo for the dirt and brown sugar for the grave. The tree, fence, pumpkins and head stone are fondant. It's a lemon cake with lemon filling per request.
This is my final for course 3. I had WASC on the bottom teir, and Dark Chocolate butter cake on the top teir. MMF with SMBC, roses are fondant and petunias are RI. I wanted a fall look to this cake and think I got it, I'm really happy with how it turned out. TFL!!
First attempt at fondant for Wilton Course 3.
This is my final for Wilton course 2. Flowers and handle are Royal frosting, the eggs are colorflow and everything else is buttercream. This was a lot of fun and I am really proud of this cake :-) Thanks for taking a look!
