Mini Cuppies. Inspired by various artists on flickr. This was my first time making fondant flowers. I think I did very well for first time. I had one prob. with fondant, I didn't let the flowers dry long enough and some became flimsy. Overall I think they turned out fine.
These cuppies were a request from a friend that has a coffee bar and wanted to give these away as gifts to her customer. This is a red velvet cuppie with Cream Cheese Butter cream. I just took a disposable bag and striped with red gel and then place icing in bag to give it the swirl effect.
