Hello Kitty Cookies On A Stick
This is my first time ever making and decorating cookies. I must say that I was pleased with the results. I would do a couple of this different though. I made these for a co workers bridal shower. I couldn't find a mold so I made a copy of HK from a coloring book page and laminated it so that it wouldn't get greasy with the dough. I used RI to decorate. Other cookies are from wilton cutters.

Hello Kitty
I made this cake for a coworker's bridal shower. She absolutely loves Hello Kitty and decided that her shower would have this theme. I couldn't find a mold anywhere of a whole hello Kitty, only the head! I got a HK coloring book and made a 11x17 inch photocopy and cut the shape out. I also carved around the neck to give it some dimension. It was a bit hard because the cake is a wet cake (I live in Miami and that's what is preferred by most people). It's covered with fondant.

I made this cake for a fundraiser for our of a widow in our church that was diagnosed with cancer. The reason for the frog is that it means a lot to her. It's an acrostic: F-fully R-reliant O- on G-God. This cake was made with rolled fondant. I molded the frog out of fondant as well. I was actually pleased with the way the frog came out, given that I really don't like them!
