Batman Cake
I did this cake for my best friend's little boy. It was a batman themed party...SO cute! I was also short on time for this one too....seems like people always ask at the last minute! Eek! So fun to make though. Chocolate cake with buttercream and black fondant decorations. I printed off the Batman emblem online and traced cut around it then added black color gels to make it shine! TYFL and please, any advice and comments are welcome! Oh, I also printed off the "Boom!" and "Pow!" on some really cool looking scrapbooking paper I had. Turned out kinda neat I thought!

Yellow And Purple Daisy Bridal Shower Cake
I had a lady call me on Wednesday morning needing a bridal shower cake for Sunday. The lady who was supposed to do the cake had a family emergency. I was short on time because of other commitments, so this didn't turn out exactly as I had planned, but I did my best with the time I had. Butter fudge cake with buttercream and MMF daisies. I used a purple luster dust on the daisies...very sweet :)

Funky Blue/green Birthday Cake
This cake was for a friend for her niece's 21st birthday...very fun to make! I can't remember exactly, but I think it was all vanilla cake with buttercream and I used Wilton store bought fondant since I was in a rush. Nothing like a last minute order ;) Thanks for looking and please, any advice at all is always welcome here! I've only been doing this for about a year. This was my second topsy cake.....very fun to make though!

Sea Turtle Themed Baby Shower Cake
This cake was a sea turtle themed baby shower...her nursery was done in sea turtles...This actually was so fun to make! It was white cake with layers of buttercream and strawberries in the middle! So yummy! The shell was a pyrex bowl cake. I colored fondant brown and then used a yellow color gel all over and then hand painted the dots and the lines with black color gel. The head and legs are arms are fondant. I used Sugar in the Raw for sand. It was a hit :) Thank you for looking and please leave any advice! I need all the help I can get!

Bride Cake
This cake was for my cousin's bridal shower. The bottom really could have turned out better, but it was a ridiculously busy weekend, with the bachelorette party and bridal shower the same weekend. I think the dress turned out well. It was my first time covering anything in fondant. Thank you for looking...Any advice is always welcome! Good or bad ;)

University Of Tennessee Themed Anniversary Cake
I made this cake for a friend of mine. It was her and her husband's 10 year anniversary. They never had a wedding cake when they got married, so she wanted it to look like a wedding cake but smaller. Her hubby is a huge fan of UT and she asked for orange decorations. All decorations are done in fondant. Thank you for looking and please leave any advice! It's always welcome!!

Camoflauge Army Birthday Cake
I did this cake for a friend. It was her son's 7th birthday. The camo pattern was all freehand in buttercream. The tank was carved out of a few smaller cakes and I used a pretzel stick for the gun. I added Sugar in the Raw around the base of the cake and around the bottom of the tank to look like sand. I also added some army men and a little American flag. I wish I had had more time to work on the tank. It could have turned out way better. But I have three kids and have three afterschool kids I watch. I'm definitely learning to bide my time better through the week. Thank you for looking! Please leave any advice, it's alllllll welcome ;)
