This is a cake I made for my churches singles event. One layer is vanilla, the other is chocolate, buttercream inbetween. Thanks for looking!
Ok, the cake was so moist that when I tried to layer it, it fell apart...literally! Like, I had to piece it back together, trying to use icing to make it stick :~( Anywho, here is the finished product. I have all kinds of lumps and bumps going on, but it was fun. It's a vanilla cake, with buttercream dream icing, and covered in marshmallow fondant. The crown is made out of white chocolate.

Ok, so I know it sucks, especially compared to you "professionals" out there, but I was so proud of myself. This is the very first time I have ever decorated a cake, but I wanted to do something special for my mom for Christmas. She said not only did it look good, but it tasted good too :~) Very special thanks to Margaret (mjs4492) for all the help!
