Made this for my boss for his birthday. He's a huge Louisville Cardinal fan. This was my first FBCT and while it has its flaws I was very happy with it.
10" Alternating french vanilla and chocolate with white chocolate mousse and buttercream. Pirouette idea borrowed from Julieboo. Decorations are white chocolate.
