This is a cake I made for a Friend's birthday and he enjoys rock climbing. He is on the top smoking a cigar. It is 6 layers of chocolate and dark chocolate cake, separated with cheesecake mousse, chocolate mousse and cookies and cream mousse. It is covered with RBC. The rocks are RBC, the figures and trees are GP and the "dirt" is crushed Gingersnaps. Thanks for Looking!
I made this a couple of years ago for my friend's 40th birthday. Chocolate moka cake with black BC icing, white chocolate decorations and white chocolate curls on top. The 40's on top are purchased candles. I separated the tiers with wind glasses filled with silver garland.
Botton tier is chocolate MMF tinted black and top is reguarl MMF. Thi si my first attempt at figure making. The cakes are chococolate chip and marble with cookie dough filling (client's request). If anyone has any tips for keeping MMF from "sliding" I'd appreciate them. Thanks for looking!

I made this cake for my friend's daughter's 10th birthday. Her theme was Monkeys.
This cake was for my sister-in-law's 40th birthday. The cake topper is not edible, however, the pink crown around the 2nd layer is. It's made in 2 sections of fondant and then sprayed pink. The cake is frosted with chocolate ganache.
This was made for a friend's 50th Birthday. He's Italian and Loves pasta! The entire cake is edible, except a small piece of foam ball at the bottom of the Fondant bowl (for stability). The "meatballs" are chocolate covered rice crispy treats and the "Pasta" is buttercream icing.
