I made this cake for my daughter's 28th birthday. 8 & 6 inch layers WASC, frosted in buttercream. Edible image on the top layer & fondant name, bow & flowers. 1st time using edible image. It was pretty easy to use. Thak you for looking.
8,6,4" layers, WASC covered in buttercream. Frilling and the letter "C" done in fondant. The flower was done in fondant & gumpaste mixture. This "AU" was carved from two 16 inch square chocolate cakes. Finished cake was 4 inches high and the "AU" about 15 inches square - this was a hugh cake! Covered in buttercream and displayed on a mirror. I would like to thank all who helped me with the navy icing color and a special thanks to Loucinda who was a Godsend! TFL

Made this cake for a bridal shower (picture provided by customer) She wanted the cake made without the polka dots & I totally forgot that !When I delivered, she said "it has polka dots..it wasn't supposed to have dots". I was horrified and apologized a hundred times! She sent me an e-mail after the shower and told me that the polka dots were a huge hit! (whew!!) Thought for sure I would never get another cake order from her! LOL ( it would have been much easier not to have put them on the cake!)
