2 Tier, 9 and 6 inch. Buttercream frosted, Royal icing buildings, Fondant letters and bat signals made from Royal icing (bottom one) and candy melts.
My first tiered cake. Layers are 9 and 6". Covered in buttercream with royal icing polka dots.
Wilton Course 2 final cake. I used "butter" buttercream instead of the pure white Wilton buttercream. (I like the taste better) w/ Royal Icing flowers made during class.

Yellow cake frosted with chocolate buttercream. Royal Icing accents. Really wanted to make the sails out of white Chocolate but it was just too hot and they melted. This is my first carved cake. Not terrible but I can def see where I could have done better.
