Vegetable Garden Cookie Bouquet
NFSC iced with royal icing. Cookies are custom cut from images from the internet. I couldn't find the shapes I wanted in cookie cutters so I printed the images and cut them from the rolled out dough with a knife. First bouquet, I learned a few things I'd like to do different next time.

Piped Belle Cheesecake
Thank you to jillycakes for her Christmas Cheesecake. She gave me the info I needed to accomplish this cheesecake. Follow your favorite baked cheesecake recipe. Reserve about a cup of batter (or what you estimate you will need for your design). Pour the rest into the crust. Pipe on your design using your pastry bags and tips. Bake per instructions. I used a projector clamped to my cupboard door to get the image on the cheesecake. My freehand art is not so good.

Small And Ugly
This cake was made in high altitude and I tried to make the buttercream from memory. It's a 6" cake so small but so frustrating. The more I tried to "fix" the icing the worse it got. The cake was not only high altitude, but I didn't know the oven so it took forever to bake and never did quite get done. It tasted ok, but I couldn't use it for the class I was supposed to have it for.
