Train Tracks
I got this idea from several cakes on CC. I used a number 2 pan for the top cake, which is just set on top of a 9x13 with no supports since it's just a single layer. The little boy's mom placed two toy trains on top of the cake after I dropped it off, which completed the look. Everything on the cake is edible. BC water with corn syrup added to it for shine. I made the ducks from fondant, the sign from gumpaste and edible markers. Fondant bunny and fondant boat (my 3 year old son's idea for the boat). Royal icing drop flowers. I also sprinkled the tracks with raw sugar to look like dirt and gravel.

Super Bowl Bustier
This was my first bustier cake. Next time, I will use a bigger heart shape. Also, I used mini sports balls for the boobs, and I should've used the regular sized sports balls. I had to mold some extra cake to make the boobs bigger. It's a chocolate cake w/ raspberry mousse covered in fondant with fondant and BC details. The image is not edible - just covered it w/ clear plastic.

Disco Theme
12" strawberry cake w/ BC filling/frosting. First time attempting tie dye w/ Wilton Color Mist - would've liked more vibrant colors. Daisies are wafers. 50/50 numeral on top. Disco ball cupcakes covered in fondant w/ luster dust and edible glitter. Album cupcakes piped with chocolate, black BC using Tip No. 4.

Fire Truck
My son's 3rd birthday cake. I am going to add his birthday message and some flames. This is styrofoam. We're serving cupcakes, so I'm going to add the message closer to his party date. Fondant dalmation. All BC except the ladder and lights on top of the truck. Inspired by Boween (I love her!).

Green Birthday Cake
This was my own birthday cake. It was covered in fondant w/ royal icing flowers. It was my first time making flowers on sticks. I kinda went nuts with that! haha I really don't care for how this cake turned out at all. I think I could do much better. I think knowing it was for myself actually allowed me to be a little lazy. Also, I didn't have the proper fondant rolling pin, so rolling out the fondant was difficult, as the bottom was a 14" petal. (top is 8" round)
