This special Thanksgiving Turkey cake fooled several people who were expecting dinner instead of dessert! Hand-carved cake made up the turkey’s body and drumsticks, with wings made of crispy rice treats. The whole “bird” was covered in marshmallow fondant and hand painted and textured to look like a turkey fresh from the oven. The “stuffing” is more cake cut in cubes and springled with green and black “spices” (sugar crystals).
Hunting-themed groom’s cake for a wedding on the opening day of deer season. Message carved in the trunk says, “The Hunt is Over — E + R.” Six layers of pumpkin spice cake covered in buttercream and modeling chocolate “bark.” Hat is also pumpkin cake covered in fondant. Antlers are hand-painted and carved white chocolate. Rifle shells and camouflage base are made of fondant.
This hand-carved Glock pistol anniversary cake is covered in fondant and features hand-painted fondant accents and accessories: shells, bullseye and Winchester box. Message, “The Best Shot We Ever Took … Each Other!” is written in buttercream.

This beautiful wedding cake featured design elements especially requested by the bride: lace appliqué, large delicate blooms, dainty ruffles and a vintage neutral color scheme. The four-tiered dessert included our favorite white velvet, double dark chocolate and dulce cappuccino cake, all covered in rich vanilla buttercream and smooth fondant. Peony blooms were handmade of gumpaste and the love bird topper was provided by the bride and groom.
This pink ribbon cake was in celebration of a breast cancer survivor’s triumph over the disease. The torted three-layer chocolate cake was filled with vanilla buttercream and covered in white fondant. Gradated ruffles covered the bottom half, accented with the iconic pink ribbon. The top half featured inspiring words and terms in white royal icing. On top is a delicate gumpaste peony, colored with petal dust and shimmer.
